Grand Canyon Waterfalls is a new trip this year to one of our favorite destination trips. We'll hike into Havasupai canyon and stay in the bottom near a series of some of the most amazing waterfalls you'll ever see. From there, we'll basecamp and explore the canyon and the river that feeds the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon including getting down to the actual Colorado River. This trip includes some cultural learning of the Havasupai Native American tribe at their village down at the bottom of the canyon that still does not have a single road to access it and is an 11 mile hike in. To break up the drive on the way back up, we'll also stop off to do a day of whitewater rafting on the upper Colorado.
Day One:Introductions, Teambuilding, and maybe even a little Rock Climbing
Day Two:Travel Day
Days Three - Eight:Hike into the canyon, explore waterfalls, visit the Native Havasupai Village for service project, day hike down to Colorado River
Day Nine:Half Travel Day to Moab Utah for rafting
Day TenRaft the Upper Colorado River
Day ElevenReturn to Educo Adventure Camp for Ropes Course, Climbing, Zip Line, Mountain Boarding and goodbyes.
